Refund policy

Every AIGOD item is made to order — printed for you the moment you place your order. Because nothing is pre-stocked, returns work a little differently here than at a traditional store.

Change of mind or wrong size
We can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color, because each item is produced on demand specifically for you. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Email support@aigod.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out.

Never arrived
If your package doesn't show up, contact support@aigod.io within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.

Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or goes unclaimed, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Changes and cancellations
Orders are sent to production quickly. To change or cancel an order, email support@aigod.io as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the item enters production.

Refunds
Once an approved refund is processed, it is applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times vary by bank.
